You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers, though if you accept our recommendation the provider is expected to pay us a referral fee.

The advice and service we received from the initial visit and valuation from George to the constant updates as the sale progressed, all the team were excellent.   • Extremely Helpful.

    From the get go the team at Samuel Woods were extremely helpful. Being a first time buyer we were not sure what steps to take after viewing a property, they were quick to direct us to a mortgage advisor and gave us contact details of different solicitors which was a big help. Buying a property is overwhelming as it is but having the additional guidance was much needed and very appreciated.
